After listening to feedback from patients, from today we have changed the appointments system.

 

Appointments can now be booked up to two weeks in advance, with our system now releasing appointments between 2 and 7 days before clinics. Our previous system meant that clinics were often fully booked six weeks in advance meaning there was a very long wait for routine appointments.

Our urgent appointments remains unchanged - any patient requiring urgent on the day care will always be helped and supported.

There are also now a selection of appointments that can be either a telephone or face to face consultation, please let the admin team know your preference when you book.

 

We will also be limiting pre-bookable appointments on the days prior to and following bank holidays as these are always very busy times. We hope you understand that we need to ensure we have the capacity to meet the needs of patients who require urgent assistance.
