General practice involves a group of professionals trained in health care. The doctors, receptionists and secretaries work closely with the health visitor, practice nurses, community nurses and midwives. Mary Gofton, Karen Hardwick, Helen Tellam and Mary Parrett are our practice nurses. Karen Hardwick is currently on maternity leave.  We have three new nurses Anne Greenwood, Sarah Whittaker, Debbie Defalko. They run our chronic disease clinics.
Amy Toone is our Health Care Assistant.

DISPENSARY

Pam Newton, Lucy Dawes, Louise King and Anne Buckle are our Dispensers and Kimberley Crow is our dispensary assistant.

PHYSIOTHERAPY

Liz Davoren and Rowena Beckly are our physiotherapists

COMMUNITY STAFF

Our midwife, Karen is currently on maternity leave. Her replacement, Charley Viney, looks after our mums-to-be and arranges antenatal, relaxation and parentcraft classes.
Di Profaska leads our Community Nursing  team and Angela Hart is our Community Matron.
Karen Harris is our Health Visitor. Rachel Michael is the Health Visitor Assistant.

CHEMISTS

1. Boots (Perranporth), Kayes (Newquay) collect prescriptions from us weekly. Open until 9.00pm in the summer.
